Being able to connect to the internet whilst in your garden building might be something that is important to you, whether it's for an internet tv, computer or even for streaming music. Your garden building may not be in the wireless range of your house and therefore the signal strength may be hit and miss.
How do you get internet without compromising on signal strength?
Before choosing one of the options below you will need to ensure that you have chosen one of the electrical packs so that you have sockets in the garden building.
Wireless signal boosters, repeaters and extenders are considered old technology and these have largely been replaced by Mesh WiFi systems.

WiFi Mesh System
These systems are based on mesh technology. Simply put, it means that there is one single wireless network delivered through multiple WiFi access points. With traditional boosters or extenders, each device broadcasts its own competing WiFi signal. This can potentially cause interference and drop-outs in the signal. Mesh whole home WiFi systems avoid this issue.

Cat 6 wired ethernet
Although Mesh WiFi systems are far better than signal boosters, repeaters an extenders they still aren’t as good as an ethernet CAT6 connection which connects the house to the garden building.
Please note that our CAT6 connection is a ‘plug and play’ option. i.e. it is the customer's responsibility to connect the CAT6 cable to the house. However, if this is something you would like for us to do for you please get in touch and this can be discussed after a full site survey.
