Customer Summary
The client wanted a 6m x 5m build with enough room for a gathering of approx. 14 people including a bar. The exterior needed to be full of light and make the most of the views of the garden and countryside. They chose Gardenplex as they were aware that we could do both the exterior build and also the interior. After a visit to the workshop to see examples of our work and meeting the team, there were many discussions to help our clients decide on the final finish of their build. The end product will easily seat 17 and is a fabulous addition to their garden.

The total cost of this 6 x 5 metre garden room, including installation, was £35,883.31*. However, this customer ordered bespoke seating, fixed furniture and a bar to create a modern home bar and entertainment area.

The customer selected our Siberian Larch, tongue & groove cladding and chose to have it fixed vertically. For the roof, they selected an EPDM rubber roof, black fascias & guttering. At an additional cost, the client requested double french doors with wide sidelites, 3 fixed vertical windows, and 5 external downlights.
Internally, they opted for our standard plasterboard finish, premium laminate flooring, skirting, our premium electrical package with CAT 6 ready internet, and underfloor heating.

How long does it take?
