Garden Rooms Costs

Our Prices for Garden Rooms Start from ~£11.5k. Although our website is designed to enable you to get an instant quote, please feel free to get in touch with one of our team if you would prefer to discuss your ideas/options or if you're interested in a bespoke or commercial option.

We include some necessities within our prices, these include:
• Installation - Which usually takes around 5 days to complete as we prebuild our garden rooms at our factory.
• Electrical Package - This is a plug and play system and still requires connecting to the mains, which we can quote for.
• Cladding - Siberian Larch tongue and groove, shiplap or waney edge cladding.
• Doors - Single white french door.
• Plasterboard Finish - Tapered Plasterboard which is finished with tape, filled and sanded to give a smooth paint ready room.

Some options we can't offer in the price or are upgrades include:
• Foundations - It's difficult to know which solution will be right so we price the separately so we can assess what will work best per customer during our site survey.
• Cladding - We Also offer luxury finishes, including Cedar as well as composite cladding which comes in 8 colours.
• Electrical - Our Premium Package Allows for more choices in the finishes of the products along with 2 additional double sockets.
• Lighting - You can purchase additional sets of spotlights, which can be for inside or outside.
• Heating - A 2 kw panel heater and/or underfloor heating with a choice of thermostats.
• Cooling - A slimline air conditioning unit which doesn't require an outdoor unit.
• External lighting - Outdoor black wall up and down lights and/or additional spotlights.
• Doors - With both single & Double doors, you can upgrade to a mix of white and composite or just composite, whilst also having a choice of finish for the handle.
• Sidelites - Full door height and sold with the same colours as the windows and doors, we have 3 choices of size, thin, Narrow & Wide.
• Windows - 2 choices of top opening and 1 door height slim window available in the same colours as the doors.
• Plasterboard Finish - Sound-Bloc Plasterboard for sound proofing, taped, filled and sanded to provide a smooth paint ready wall.
• Flooring - Standard or Superior Laminate, or a Vinyl Flooring with 23 finish choices.
• Skirting - Chamfered, Torus, Ovolo or Pencil all finished in white.
• Decoration - Standard or Premium Paint packages
• Internet - We offer Cat 6 Ethernet wired internet integration with our plug and play option, or you can pick from the more popular WiFi mesh system which offers improved internet connectivity throughout your home.

Our Garden Rooms come with a 10 year structural guarantee and we're confident will add value to you property too.
We also offer Free delivery if you're within a 50 mile radius of our factory, outside of this the cost is £2.20 per mile from our Factory. We increase this rate to £5.50 after 200 miles.
